International Board Members, PEN International Staff, Special Guests, and Funded Delegates are exempt from Registration Fees; only official delegates/participants and accompanying persons are required to pay registration fees.
For Delegates/Participants, the registration fee is USD 450 (exclusive of PayPal surcharges and other fund transfer fees that may apply). This covers airport and hotel transfers, attendance at official meetings and events, including official conference meals.
For Accompanying Person, the registration fee is USD 300 (exclusive of PayPal surcharges and other fund transfer fees that may apply). This covers airport and hotel transfers, attendance at public events and designated conference meals. Please note that accompanying persons can only be registered alongside official delegates.
Kindly also note that flights and hotel bookings, as well as some meals (e.g., those outside of official PEN events) are not included in the fee.

PAYMENT VIA BANK TRANSFER (Telegraphic Transfer)
Please send the registration fee to the following bank account. Please indicate your name and Centre name in the message field of the remittance form (Reference: Delegate’s Name and Centre name). In the beneficiary field, please indicate “registration fee in favor of 85th PEN Congress.” Please note that all transfer charges must be paid by official delegates/participants. Please send a copy of your deposit payment to 85th PEN Congress Manila Secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org
